  1. Introduction – Your “Why”:

    1.1. Your Project Aim:

    Your Project’s aim will be to succeed with the commercialisation of your Idea(s), or Business product(s) and/or
    Intellectual Property (IP) ASAP by using the CommercialiseIt systems and processes (the “Program”).

This will be via us providing you with the CommercialiseIt systems, giving you access to services, mentoring,
information and advice required to successfully achieve this; which means providing skills, resources, knowledge and
support to build skills, knowledge, linkages, and commercial outcomes and completed within agree to timelines.

Because of this, the key CommercialiseIt focus will be on increasing “Revenue” via the “Program” (and Revenue
being a prospect being sold, invoiced; and resulting with cash-in-the-bank for you). Projects will include agreed to
expected outcomes of Revenue targets (from IP, IP Modules, any capital sales and any equity sales) of your Idea, IP,
and/or Business that we’ve either assisted in, achieved for you, and/or concluded by the services of EDAD
Technologies Trust (EDAD); we refer to all this as being Your “Project”.

1.2. Your Project – the Summary:

As you’ll see here, the brief is to provide you (and/or your Business) with specific parts of the CommercialiseIt
Program that will provide access to information and advice that’s required to successfully commercialise your idea,
Business’s IP, product and/or product(s).

Because of this, and based on past experience, depending on the selected
Program you will have access to specialist commercialisation services, skills, knowledge support, and professional
mentoring to potentially build successful results, systems, skills, knowledge, and linkages for you (and/or your
Business) and doing so by contracting EDAD for your Project by using elements of the CommercialiseIt Program.

Which means the aim is to have this Program successfully completed to achieve the best result within the shortest
time-frame possible; always understanding that this is ultimately reliant on you and your team’s direct and/or
indirect support and input as requested by EDAD.

1.3. Process to be Used for Your Commercialisation:

Because of the aim to achieve the best result within the shortest time-frame possible for you (and/or your Business),
the implementation and successful completion of your Project will be based on what we refer to as the 12 Step
CommercialiseIt Process (you’re welcome to contact us for more of the details on all this).

The Project’s initial review would cover CommercialiseIt Step-1 to Step-8 in one form or another. So as to achieve
the next stage of the process for the Project, there’s a strong focus on the application of Step-9 and Step-11. Which
means Step-12 would be expected to be implemented (subject to your progress) by end of a 12 to 24 / 36 month
timeline from commencement of engagement (and as has happened in the past, it could be earlier).

1.4. Quick Examples of What’s Possible for You:

Whether it's Start-Ups, Scale-Ups, of Enterprises; the CommercialiseIt Process works for each!
Which means there’s been many examples of people and companies starting with little or no funds and quickly
growing to ‘5’, ‘6’ and ‘7’+ revenue figures in a matter of months and in the usual cases it’s generally in a year or 2,
or sometimes 3 years...

And there’s many examples of this (we’ve almost lost count, yet it’s been over 93+ business and well beyond 229+
individuals so far)... and there are some examples that have grown to ‘7’ and ‘8’+ figures in similar timeframes, and

2. CommercialiseIt Package Option Outlines – Your “What”:

Which means this is to fast-track your ‘commercialisation’ where EDAD can under an Agreement appropriately provide you with one of the following CommercialiseIt Programs:

2.1 SILVER Option “Start-Up” - Do-It-For-Yourself (DIFY):

A specially designed program for IP and/or businesses current Revenue is below $50,000, which means a 60 month Project introducing all of the above within 36-60 months with a right of renewal (which is be mutually agree to) and % Performance Fee on ‘new’ Revenue; this requires initial $’s on commencement plus ongoing monthly or alternatively, an initial ‘up-front’ $ amount on commencement.

2.2 GOLD Option “Scale-Up” – We Help You Do It (WHYDI):

Strategic rapid growth program for Business IP commercialisation with your current Revenue below $500,000,
which means a 60 month Project initially over 12-24 months with a (mutually agreeable) right of renewal and %
Performance Fee on ‘new’ Revenue; this requires initial $’s on commencement plus ongoing monthly ‘Retainer’
for the first 25 months, or, alternatively an initial ‘up-front’ $ on commencement.

2.3 PLATINUM Option “Enterprise or Expansion Build” – We-Do-It-For-You (WDIFY):

Strategic expansion and rapid growth of your idea or Business Program for IP commercialisation and/or the
Business with current Revenue below $5,000,000, which means a 60 month Project initially being for 12 months
with a right of renewal (which is be mutually agreeable) and an agreed % Performance Fee on ‘new’ Revenue.
